CORE!
​
You know core exercises are good for you - but do you include core exercises in your fitness routine? Our Wednesday evening class is a great opportunity to do just that. Excellent for runners, swimmers and cyclists of all levels. Or for anyone who wants to exercise with a fun & friendly group of people
​
Core exercises are an important part of a well-rounded fitness program. Aside from occasional situps and pushups, core exercises are often neglected.
It really pays to get your core muscles - the muscles around your trunk and pelvis - in better shape.

Our CORE class takes place weekly in the United Reformed Church Hall, in Abbey Lane at 8pm. No need to book - just turn up! Bring a mat, a drink and a towel - be prepared to get warm! We encourage all levels to come along to our class, every movement or routine is offered at several levels - find your own pace.

.....and you don't just get to take home a toned torso - every week our star participant takes home WIGGY
​
It is £8 a session or £30 for a book of 5 sessions.
​
Don't forget if you recommend us to a friend you get a free class when they come along with you.
​
There is parking nearby in Swan Meadow or around the residential roads - please don't use the church car park.
